Purpose of this website

elevai.ch is a private project. The site shows two things, kept clearly apart: products — our own apps, whose full version is sold through the App Store — and the lab — freely accessible technical demonstrations around artificial intelligence and digital payments. The products grow out of the lab.

Nothing is sold or ordered on this website itself: it informs, and for buying an app it points to the App Store.

Products (for sale)

Both apps are free to try; the full version is a one-time purchase inside the app. There are no subscriptions.

Sale, payment, invoicing and refunds run through Apple: the purchase contract comes about in the App Store, not on this website, and Apple’s terms apply there. Questions about the app itself are answered by the site owner at hello@elevai.ch.

GoKite (gokite.ch) is the third product, but not a sale: the website is free, and nothing is offered or sold there. It has its own imprint on gokite.ch.

Lab (nothing for sale)

The lab is free and open. The demos are illustrations, not an offer: orders created there are test orders — no contract comes about, and nothing is delivered.

Payments run through a real payment service provider but amount to at most 0.05 CHF. The amount is merely reserved and cancelled after three days — it is never charged.

Independence

elevai.ch is made in our spare time. Behind the site stands a voluntary working group that explores artificial intelligence and digital payments as part of its continuing education.

The lab has no commercial purpose: no advertising, no clients, no sponsors. The full versions of the apps are paid, but they do not finance the lab — what is shown there depends on no sale.

Services and trademarks mentioned

The lab deliberately runs on services that have proven themselves in everyday use: PostFinance Checkout and PostFinance Pay for payment, TWINT as a widely used payment method, WooCommerce and WordPress for the shop, Apple and the App Store for the apps. They stand here as examples of stable, established infrastructure — and that is precisely what matters once an agent pays and nobody is watching any more.

PostFinance, PostFinance Pay, TWINT, WooCommerce, WordPress, Apple, App Store, Google and the other names and marks mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners. They are named in order to describe the technology shown.

Reporting vulnerabilities and abuse

Part of the lab is deliberately reachable without an access key, so that any agent can dock onto them. If you find a vulnerability or observe abuse, please report it to hello@elevai.ch. Such reports are taken seriously and answered.
