Principle

This website collects as little data as possible. No data is sold, none is passed on for advertising purposes, and no profiles of individual visitors are built.

Server logs

When a page is called up, the web server necessarily records: IP address, time, address requested, status code, volume of data transferred, referring page and browser identification. This serves operation, security and troubleshooting.

These logs are also used to compile statistics on which search engines and AI agents visit the site. The interest here lies with the agents, not with people. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure operation and in developing the website further.

Log of the MCP server

Requests to the agent interface at elevai.ch/mcp are logged separately in order to detect errors and abuse. IP addresses are stored there in shortened form: with IPv4 the last block is dropped, with IPv6 everything after the first three groups. Attribution to an individual person is therefore not possible.

Google Tag Manager

This website embeds Google Tag Manager (container GTM-K3BM4MV5) from Google Ireland Limited. The Tag Manager itself stores no personal data, but it can load further services. In doing so the IP address is transmitted to Google; processing in the USA cannot be ruled out. Further information: policies.google.com/privacy.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own. Services loaded via the Tag Manager may do so. Cookies can be blocked or deleted in the browser; the site remains usable.

Demo shop, orders and payments

The demo shop is a real WooCommerce shop. When a test order is created there — by hand or by an agent — the data entered arises: name, email address and postal address. In the agent demos these are as a rule invented details. Please do not enter real personal data there that you would not want to see made public.

The payment itself runs through PostFinance Checkout. Payment details are captured there only; card numbers or comparable data never reach this website.

Hosting

The website runs on our own server in Switzerland. There is no external hosting provider that could access the data.

Retention

Log data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for operation, security and statistics, at the latest after twelve months. Test orders in the demo shop are removed regularly.

Your rights

You may request information about the data processed about you, as well as its correction or deletion. An informal email to hello@elevai.ch is enough. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

This statement is adapted whenever the website or the services used change. The version published here at the time applies.
