Structure of the solution across different service providers & modules:
To build this e-commerce system, a hosting provider is required that ideally offers WordPress and domain services. Afterward, the WooCommerce plugin and a shop-specific theme are installed. Once the shop is ready, the checkout can be connected to the payment service provider (PSP) via a plugin without programming knowledge. This demo uses PostFinance Checkout. Contracts for the desired payment methods can also be set up here. These must be concluded in advance with the respective acceptance partners.
