What the app processes
TimeAgent stores exactly two values on the device, so that nothing has to be set up again at the next launch:
- the last duration chosen, in minutes
- the last interval between checkpoints chosen, in minutes
Both are plain numbers with no personal reference. They remain solely in the app's local storage on the Apple Watch and are removed when the app is deleted. If a timer is running when the app is closed, its end time is additionally stored locally so the app can resume it after a restart.
No transmission, no analysis
The app establishes no network connection. Nothing is transmitted to the provider or to third parties. TimeAgent contains no analytics or tracking libraries, no advertising and no third-party software development kits. No advertising identifiers are read or generated, and no tracking within the meaning of Apple's App Tracking Transparency takes place.
Permissions
TimeAgent requests a single permission: authorisation for notifications. It serves solely as a safety net — for every signal, a notification is scheduled locally on the device so that the pulse still arrives if the app has been terminated in the background. These notifications are created on the device and stay there; no push messages are sent via any server and no push tokens are collected. The permission can be withdrawn at any time in system settings; the app remains usable.
TimeAgent does not access location, health or motion data, contacts, calendars, photos, the microphone or the camera.
Data arising at Apple
Purchase, installation and updates run through the App Store. In doing so, Apple Inc. and Apple Distribution International Ltd. process data under their own responsibility; the provider has no influence over this. Apple's privacy policy applies.
Where users have consented, in their device settings, to sharing analytics and crash reports with app developers, Apple provides the developer with aggregated, non-personal reports (such as the number of installations or crash frequencies). That consent is given to Apple and can be withdrawn there at any time.
Anyone taking part in a test version via TestFlight additionally transmits crash logs, usage information and any voluntarily submitted feedback to Apple and to the provider. This data is used solely to fix defects and is not passed on.
Getting in touch
Anyone writing to support@elevai.ch transmits their sender address and the content of the message. These details are used solely to handle the enquiry, are not used for advertising, and are deleted once the matter is closed and no statutory retention obligations stand in the way.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where applicable, the European General Data Protection Regulation, you have rights to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Since no personal data arises in the app, such requests will generally find nothing to act on — they can nevertheless be sent to the address above at any time.
In Switzerland there is a right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Changes
If the scope of the app changes, this policy will be updated. The version published at this address is the one that applies.
In short: TimeAgent runs entirely on your watch. There is nothing to transmit because nothing is collected — the app knows two numbers, and they stay where you set them.
